What is put in at the roots should come out at the branches
Our Vision
We aim for all pupils, staff and the whole of the school community to be mindful of, adhere to and promote Christian values St Michaels will be a school where pupils identify as proud members of the school, church and village communities, and who are proud citizens of Wales and the wider world. Our school will be a safe, secure, caring, nurturing, inclusive environment, where all members feel valued and accepted.
We want school to be a fun, exciting place to learn, with learning experiences that foster curiosity and enjoyment. Our school will offer real-life experiences to pupils, giving them opportunities to learn through a hands-on approach, with chance to follow their own interests and projects. We will foster resilience, self-confidence and independence where individuals will be encouraged to persevere, think creatively and problem solve. Our school will give learners opportunities to develop an interest in sport, with competition encouraged in a positive environment. St Michaels recognises the diverse nature of our pupils and aims to celebrate their individual talents and abilities.
Mission Statement
